摘要
目的:对住院新生儿使用苯巴比妥用药情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:通过检索河南省内5家医院信息系统内数据信息,随机抽取2018年2、5、8、11月使用苯巴比妥的新生儿病历数据,对患儿基本情况、临床诊断、超说明书用药等进行调查分析。结果:共抽取病例数768例,其中苯巴比妥用药适应证不合理占32.42%,用法用量不合理占93.49%,超说明书用药占19.40%。结论:新生儿苯巴比妥用药存在临床诊断不完善,适应证、用法用量不合理的情况,建议药师与医师加强用药沟通,避免此类处方的出现;注射用苯巴比妥钠用于新生儿高胆红素血症属于超说明书用药,临床应加强此情况的用药管理。
Objective:To analyze the situation and rationality of the usage of phenobarbital in neonatal inpatients of 5 hospitals,so as to provide references for the rational application of phenobarbital.Methods:The medical records of neonatal inpatients who received phenobarbital in 5 hospitals from 2,5,8,11 of 2018 were randomly selected to analyze the unreasonable use of phenobarbital,including the basic information of neonatal inpatients,usage of drugs and off-label drug use.Results:A total of 768 cases were sampled,of which the indication unreasonable was 32.42%,the usage unreasonable was 93.49%,and the off-label drug use was 19.40%.Conclusion:There are a few indicationirrational due to the incomplete clinical diagnosis.The percent of unreasonable use is high,and it is recommended that pharmacists and physicians enhance communication to reduce the such prescriptions.The use of phenobarbital sodium in neonatal hyperbilirubinemiais off-label application,and it is necessary to manage the off-lable drug use strengthenly.
