摘要
分析嘉宝果果肉主要营养成分、微量元素及氨基酸含量。结果表明,嘉宝果果肉含有多种营养成分、微量元素和氨基酸,其中蛋白质含量0.75%、总糖6.18%、维生素C 50.97 mg/hg、可溶性固形物15.03%、粗脂肪0.34%;营养元素含量最高为钾1960 mg/kg,其次是磷200 mg/kg,最小钠含量为0.093 mg/kg,大小顺序:钾>磷>镁>钙>锰>锌>铁>铜>钠;氨基酸含量最高的是谷氨酸(Glu)(0.85 mg/g),最低的是胱氨酸(Cys)(0.022 mg/g),高低顺序:Glu谷氨酸>Asp天门冬氨酸>Leu亮氨酸=Ser丝氨酸>Gly甘氨酸=Lys赖氨酸>Ala丙氨酸>His组氨酸>Thr苏氨酸=Pro脯氨酸>Arg精氨酸>Phe笨丙氨酸>Tyr酪氨酸=Val缬氨酸>Ile异亮氨酸>Met蛋氨酸>Cys胱氨酸。此外,嘉宝果具有独特的味道和观赏价值,具有较大的开发潜力,建议在西双版纳推广种植。
The main nutritional components,microelements and amino acids in the flesh of fruit of Myrciaria cauliflora Berg were determined.The results showed that there were many nutritional components,various trace elements and amino acids in its flesh,including 0.75%protein,6.18%total sugar,50.97 mg/hg vitamin C,15.03%soluble solids and 0.34%crude fat.The highest content of nutritional element was potassium(1960 mg/kg),followed by phosphorus(200 mg/kg),and the lowest was the content of sodium(0.093 mg/kg).The contents of nutritional elements in the flesh was in the order of potassium>phosphorus>magnesium>calcium>manganese>zinc>iron>copper>sodium.The highest amino acid content was Glu(0.85 mg/g),and the lowest was Cys(0.022 mg/g).The amino acids contents in the flesh were in the order of Glu>ASP aspartic acid>Leu leucine=ser serine>Gly glycine=Lys lysine>ala alanine>his histidine>thr threonine=Pro proline>Arg arginine>Phe phenylalanine>Tyr tyrosine=Val valine>ile isoleucine>Met methionine>Cys cystine.The fruit of M.cauliflora Berg has unique taste and ornamental value,which shows that M.cauliflora Berg has a great development potential and promotion value.It is suggested to introduce M.cauliflora Berg to Xishuangbanna for trial planting.
