SBS改性沥青与橡胶改性沥青作中面层材料的比较与选择 被引量:1

摘要 为了避免在道路大修中因中面层材料选择不当而导致的路面病害,通过采用中面层常用的SBS改性沥青、橡胶改性沥青AC-20型混合料,测试其体积指标及路用性能指标,综合评价其路用性能优劣,推荐合适的道路大修中面层材料。中面层作为面层结构中承上启下的一层,需要足够的高温稳定性以对抗车辙,良好的低温抗裂及抗疲劳性能以防止裂缝产生。研究结果表明,当原路段车辙及开裂等病害严重时,应优先使用橡胶改性沥青混合料;当路段有较多水损害时,可考虑使用SBS改性沥青混合料。 In order to avoid pavement diseases caused by improper selection of materials for binder course during major maintenance,the volume indicators and pavement performance were tested on AC-20 mixtures with SBS and rubber modified asphalt binders commonly used in the binder course.Through comprehensive evaluation of the pavement performance,suitable surface materials for major maintenance were recommended.As an intermediate course,the binder course needs sufficient stability at high temperature to resist rutting,and good crack resistance at low temperature and fatigue resistance to prevent cracks.The research results show that when the original road section has serious rutting and cracks and other diseases,rubber modified asphalt mixture is preferred;when the road section has severe water damage,SBS modified asphalt mixture should be considered.
