摘要
为了研究掺入ET3100型温拌剂的SBS改性沥青SMA混合料在温拌条件下成型后的路用性能,通过马歇尔击实试验确定了矿料级配和最佳沥青含量;在比热拌沥青混合料拌合温度低30℃~40℃的条件下,对掺量为1%的ET3100型温拌剂的SBS改性沥青SMA混合料进行击实试验和高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能等试验检验,结果表明掺入ET3100型温拌剂的SBS改性沥青SMA混合料的各项指标均符合现行标准规定,并具有良好的路用性能。
In order to study the pavement performance of SBS modified SMA mixture mixed with ET3100 warm mix agent after being formed under warm mix conditions,the aggregate gradation and optimal asphalt content were determined by the Marshall compaction test.Under the condition of 30℃-40℃ lower than the mixing temperature of hot mix asphalt,the compaction test and tests on the stability at high temperature,crack resistance at low temperature and moisture susceptibility of SBS modified SMA mixture with 1% of ET3100 were conducted.The results show that all the indicators of SBS modified SMA mixture mixed with ET3100 are in accordance with the current standards and have good pavement performance.
