摘要 学风是学校立校之本,构建优良学风是高校立德树人的明确要求。在价值多元化、知识信息化背景下,高校在学风建设方面存在学生自主学习动力不足、教师投入教书育人的精力不够、各项工作协同不足等问题。以"三全育人"视角探索科学化、系统化的学风建设长效机制,有利于高校统筹育人资源和力量,为学风制度建设和体系设计提供指导思路,有利于全面、持续推进学生教育管理服务水平。构建高校学风建设长效机制,需统筹育人力量,建立全员参与的学风建设工作队伍机制;聚焦差异需求,建立学风建设的全过程管理机制;全面系统推进,构建学风建设的全方位育人机制;强化落实,完善学风建设保障机制。 The style of study is the foundation of colleges,and the construction of fine style of study is the clear requirement for the establishment of morality and talents.Under the background of diversified values and informationization of knowledge,colleges are faced with such problems as insufficient motivation for students to study independently,insufficient energy for teachers to teach and educate,and insufficient coordination in various work.To explore the long-term mechanism of scientific and systematic study style construction from the perspective of"three full education"is conducive to the overall planning of education resources and strength,providing guidance for the construction of study style system and system design,and promoting the service level of students'education management comprehensively and continuously.In order to build a long-term mechanism for the construction of the style of study in Colleges,it is necessary to make an overall plan for the cultivation of talents,establish a team mechanism for the construction of the style of study with the participation of all staff,focus on the different needs,establish a management mechanism for the whole process of the construction of the style of study,comprehensively and systematically promote,build a comprehensive education mechanism for the construction of the style of study,strengthen the implementation,and improve the guarantee mechanism for the construction of the style of study.
