摘要
针对常减压蒸馏装置顶循系统结盐腐蚀严重的实际情况,某石化公司采用了一种适用于常压塔顶循系统的在线除盐防腐蚀技术。该技术采用的是湍流分散-顺流萃取-油水深度分离的组合脱盐方法。该方法通过注水混合萃取将油品中腐蚀性介质洗脱至水中,并将洗后水从回流油/循环油中深度分离,实现在线除盐。应用结果表明:该成套技术能有效脱除塔顶回流油/循环油中的盐类杂质,使油中氯离子质量分数降低到1μg/g以下;设备经过长周期运行后,能将常压塔塔顶腐蚀速率平稳控制在0.2 mm/a以内,压力降平稳控制在25 kPa左右。此项技术对常减压蒸馏装置长期安全运行有着重要的意义。
Aiming at the problem of severe salt deposition in top circulation system of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,online desalination is recommended.It adopted a combined desalination method of turbulent dispersion,downstream extraction and oil-water separation.It was shown that the process could effectively remove salt medium from reflux oil/circulating oil and reduce mass fraction of chloride ion to less than 1μg/g;after long-term operation,corrosion rate of fractionator top could be controlled within 0.2 mm/a and pressure drop could be controlled around 25 kPa.The technology is significant to the economic and efficient operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
