摘要
工程结构在服役过程中,累积损伤和强度退化同时发生,并相互影响。传统的累积损伤模型大多忽略了强度退化对损伤累积的影响。为建立考虑强度退化的Corten-Dolan累积损伤模型,通过分析强度退化模型推导出强度退化系数,将Corten-Dolan模型中的指数参数d定义为与强度退化系数有关的指数函数。通过试验数据和与文献结果对比验证了改进Corten-Dolan模型的有效性。研究表明:改进的Corten-Dolan模型可以很好地预测疲劳寿命,预测精度比传统Corten-Dolan模型更高。
Fatigue damage accumulation and strength degradation occur simultaneously and interact with each other during service of engineering structures.In order to establish an improved Corten-Dolan cumulative damage model that takes the effects of strength degradation in consideration,strength degradation coefficient was deduced by analyzed the strength degradation model,then the exponential parameter d in the Corten-Dolan model was defined as an exponential function related to the strength degradation coefficient.Effectiveness of the improved Corten-Dolan model was verified by fatigue test data of material and comparison with other references.The results show that the improved Corten-Dolan model predicts fatigue life accurately,prediction is more accurate than the traditional Corten-Dolan model.
