摘要
目的观察癫痫发作时皮肤电导(EDA)的变化与全面性强直-阵挛发作(GTCs)的匹配性。方法采用Empatica E4传感器收集EDA、肢体运动等多项外周参数,选取每周均有GTCs发作的成年癫痫患者手腕佩戴E4腕表设备时同步进行24 h视频EEG(VEEG)监测。结果 61例成年癫痫患者接受24 h VEEG检查,共监测到9次GTCs发作,均有EDA升高。与无GTCs发作组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。监测到30次部分性发作,EDA无明显变化。肢体运动增快可见于多种发作类型,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EDA与GTCs发作有高度一致性,可作为对GTCs发作报警的可穿戴设备重要参数之一。
Objective To observe the compatibility of electrodermal activity(EDA)'s changes with generalized tonic-clonic seizure(GTCs).Methods Empatica E4 sensor was used to collect EDA,limbs'movement and other peripheral parameters.Adult epilepsy patients with weekly frequency of GTCs were monitored by 24 h video EEG(VEEG)while wearing E4 wrist watch device on their wrist.Results Sixty-one adult patients with epilepsy were admitted for 24 h VEEG monitoring.A total of nine GTCs were detected,both of them had high EDA.Compared with the group without GTCs,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Thirty partial seizures were monitored without significant change of EDA.Types of seizure had increased limbs'movement,which had no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion EDA has a high consistency with GTCs,which can be used as one of the important parameters of wearable device to alarm GTCs.
