摘要
目的了解ICU护士对医疗器械相关性压力性损伤(Medical device-related pressure injury,MDRPI)知信行现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的ICU护士MDRPI知信行问卷对8所三级综合医院268名ICU护士进行调查。结果本调查对象的MDRPI知识得分为(4.65±1.57)分;MDRPI态度得分为(25.12±4.76)分;MDRPI行为得分为(37.83±7.21)分。多重逐步回归分析显示,影响ICU护士MDRPI知识得分的因素为学历、职务、是否为ICU专科护士、科室类型;影响ICU护士MDRPI态度得分的因素为MDRPI知识得分、科室类型、学历;影响ICU护士MDRPI行为得分的因素为MDRPI态度得分、学历、职称。结论ICU护士MDRPI态度较积极,但MDRPI知识掌握程度、护理行为水平有待提高。医院及护理管理者需进一步加强对ICU护士MDRPI相关知识的规范化教育培训,提高ICU护士MDRPI知信行水平,以降低ICU患者并发MDRPI的风险程度。
Objective To understand ICU nurses'knowledge,attitude and practice status toward medical device-related pressure injury(MDRPI)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A self-designed MDRPI knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire was used for investigating 268 ICU nurses from 8 tertiary general hospitals.Results The average knowledge score of ICU nurses'MDRPI was(4.65±1.57),the average attitude score was(25.12±4.76),and the average practice score was(37.83±7.21).Multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing MDRPI knowledge score of ICU nurses were education background,position,whether they are specialty nurses and department type.The factors influencing ICU nurses'MDRPI attitude score were MDRPI knowledge score,department type and education background.The factors that affect MDRPI practice score of ICU nurses are MDRPI attitude score,educational background and professional title.Conclusion ICU nurses have a positive attitude towards MDRPI,but their knowledge and nursing practice need to be improved further.Hospitals and nursing managers need to strengthen the standardized education and training on MDRPI-related knowledge of ICU nurses further to improve the knowledge and practice level of ICU nurses'MDRPI,and reduce the risk of ICU patients complicated with MDRPI.
