摘要
促进科技创新资源自由流动是粤港澳大湾区建设国际科技创新中心的重要措施。通过构建2009—2018年粤港澳大湾区各城市面板数据,测量了珠三角9个城市间科技人才流动强度,分析科技人才流动的现状,并检验了影响科技人才流动的因素。研究发现:2009—2018年珠三角9市间科技人才的流动整体呈现逐年增强的趋势;城市的商品房平均销售价格显著抑制了科技人才流入,城市公共医疗服务水平、公共交通、人居环境、经济发展水平均能显著促进科技人才流入。
Promoting the free flow of science and technology innovation resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important measure to build the Greater Bay Area into an international science and technology innovation center.By constructing the urban panel data of Greater Bay Area from 2009 to 2018,the intensity of the flow of scientific and technological talents among nine cities in the Pearl River delta was measured,the current situation of the flow of talents was analyzed,and the factors affecting the flow were further tested by the comprehensive FGLS model.The research found that:from 2009 to 2018,the flow of scientific and technological talents among the nine cities in the Pearl River delta showed a yearly increasing trend.The average selling price of commercial housing in cities has significantly inhibited the inflow of scientific and technological talents,while the level of urban public medical services,public transport,living environment and economic development can significantly promote the inflow of talents.
