摘要
某闪速熔炼炉余热锅炉因扩产改造后,水循环系统分配不合理造成频繁爆管。利用浙江大学余热锅炉专业设计软件进行热力计算和水动力计算,根据计算结果分析原因,找到问题所在,提出有针对性的改造方案。
A FSF WHB is subject to production expansion and upgrading,Due to the unreasonable heat distribution in the water circulation system,frequent tube burst will occur.After mastering the status of flue gas flow field in the furnace hearth through simulation technology,thermal calculation and hydrodynamic calculation are carried out by using the WHB professional design software of Zhejiang University.The causes of tube burst are analyzed according to the calculation results,and the corresponding upgrading scheme is put forward.
