摘要
建立了饲料中16种氨基酸含量的测定方法,为饲料中氨基酸的检测提供一种新的分析手段,解决了亮氨酸和异亮氨酸分离度达不到要求的问题。采用微波消解法进行前处理,实现了在不需要衍生的情况下一次进样同时检测16种氨基酸。方法线性:(0.012 5~0.25)mmol/L;定量限均高于0.1%;回收率为79.3%~123.5%;相对标准偏差(RSD)<7.56%。操作简单,线性范围广,结果准确可靠。
A method for the determination of 16 amino acids in feed was established,which provided a new analytical method for the determination of amino acids in feed and solved the problem that the separation degree of leucine and isoleucine could not reach the requirement.Microwave digestion was used to detect 16 amino acids at the same time in the next sample injection without derivatization.The linear range of the method was 0.0125-0.25 mm;the limit of quantitation was higher than 0.1%;the recovery range was 79.3%-123.5%;the relative standard deviation(RSD)was<7.56%.The experiment was simple in operation,wide in linear range,and accurate and reliable.
