摘要
核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)法可以鉴定化合物的结构和组分,并在反应过程监控等方面提供强有力的支撑,得到了广泛应用.结合核磁共振波谱仪的实际使用情况,对波谱仪的日常维护、常见故障以及排查方法进行探讨,为更好地使用和维护仪器提供一种思路.
Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectrometry is widely used to identify the structure and components of compounds,and provide a strong support for the monitoring of reaction process.In combination with the practical usage of NMR spectrometer,daily maintenance,common malfunctions and troubleshooting were summarized and discussed,providing a strategy for the better use and maintenance of the instrument.
