摘要
目的:探究并分析超声内镜辅助下行黏膜下肿瘤内镜治疗的应用价值。方法:随机选择某院2017年12月~2019年4月收治的110例疑似胃粘膜下肿瘤患者为研究对象,并根据患者病情采取合适的内镜微创治疗方式,手术结束后为患者进行病理切片以及免疫组化的检查。结果:根据对患者进行的内镜检查结果,高频电刀治疗20例,黏膜剥离术10例,黏膜切除术20例,套扎治疗60例;术后通过超声内镜诊断,并与术后病理性质进行比较,其符合率为94.7%,来源层次符合率为95.8%。结论:根据结果显示,超声内镜辅助下行黏膜下肿瘤内镜微创治疗具有很高的临床效果,其安全性也具有极大的保障。
Objective:To explore and analyze the value of endoscopic treatment of submucosal tumors assisted by endoscopic ultrasonography.Methods:110 patients with suspected gastric submucosal tumors admitted to a hospital from December 2017 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and appropriate endoscopic minimally invasive treatment was adopted according to the patient's condition.Pathological sections and immunohistochemical examinations were performed for the patients after the operation.Results:According to the results of endoscopy,20 patients were treated with high-frequency electric knife,10 patients with mucosal dissection,20 patients with mucosal resection and 60 patients with ligation.After the operation,endoscopic ultrasonography was used for diagnosis,and compared with the postoperative pathological properties,the coincidence rate was 94.7%,and the coincidence rate of source level was 95.8%.Conclusion:According to the results,endoscopic minimally invasive treatment of submucosal tumors assisted by endoscopy has a high clinical effect,and its safety is also greatly guaranteed.
