摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病应用二甲双胍的预后影响。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年12月期间某院收治84例糖尿病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据二甲双胍使用情况将84例患者分为试验组与对照组各42例,未使用二甲双胍42例患者为对照组,使用二甲双胍42例患者为试验组,对比试验组与对照组患者不良事件发生率与住院情况。结果:试验组患者COPD急性发作率7.14%、高乳酸血症发生率4.76%、呼吸性酸中毒发生率4.76%显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;试验组患者住院情况与对照组相比有显著差异,试验组患者住院情况优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用二甲双胍具有显著效果,可以减少不良事件发生率,提高预后效果,具有临床使用以及推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of metformin on the prognosis of diabetic patients with COPD.Methods:The clinical data of 84 patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to a hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.84 patients were divided into the experimental group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)according to the use of metformin,42 patients without metformin as the control group,42 patients with metformin as the experimental group.The incidence of adverse events and hospitalization were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results:The acute attack rate of COPD in the experimental group was 7.14%,the incidence of hyperlactatemia was 4.76%,and the incidence of respiratory acidosis was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the inpatient situation of the experimental group was significantly different,and the inpatient situation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the prognosis in patients with diabetes mellitus and COPD,which has significant effect,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
