摘要
针对混合定子铁心再制造电机的温度场计算问题,依据热传导及有限元理论方法,采用等效热网路法和有限元仿真法计算了再制造电机的三维温度场。分析了混合定子铁心磁密轴向分布情况,提出一种混合定子铁心铁耗的精确计算方法,计算得到混合定子不同材料段铁耗;建立了混合定子铁心再制造电机热网络模型,利用等效热网络法计算得到节点温度;计算了混合定子铁心轴向生热率,利用定子铁心按损耗分布加载的精确温度场仿真方法对再制造电机和原电机的温度场分布进行研究,得到了再制造电机的温度分布规律,并分析了原因。制造了混合定子铁心再制造电机样机并进行了温升实验,验证了计算结果的正确性。
For the calculation of the temperature field of remanufactured motors with mixed stator cores,based on thermal conduction and finite element theory,the three-dimensional temperature field of the remanufactured motor was calculated using the equivalent thermal network method and the finite element simulation method.The axial distribution of magnetic density of the mixed stator core was analyzed,an accurate calculation method of iron loss of the mixed stator core was proposed,and the iron loss of different material sections of the mixed stator was calculated.The thermal network model of remanufacturing motor with mixed stator core was established,and the node temperature was calculated by equivalent thermal network method.The axial heat generation rate of the mixed stator core was calculated,and the temperature field distribution of the remanufactured motor and the original motor was studied by using the accurate temperature field simulation method of stator core loading according to loss distribution.A prototype of a hybrid stator core was fabricated,and a prototype motor was manufactured and a temperature rise experiment was conducted to verify the correctness of the calculation result.
