摘要
随着电力体制的改革,电价政策和电价标准不断调整,给用电客户带来很多疑惑,增加了电费解释工作及电费核算工作的工作量。同时,传统营销工作中缺少可以借助的便捷工具,无法满足移动办公的需求。针对上述问题,基于微信平台开发了一种新型电费计算工具,能够有效提高工作效率与准确性,减轻电费解释工作量,提升用户体验及服务满意度。实践证明其具有重要的实用推广价值。
With the reform of the electric power system,the constant adjustment of the electricity price policy and price standards brings a lot of doubts to the electricity customers,and increases the workload of electricity interpretation and electricity accounting.At the same time,the traditional marketing work is lack of convenient tools can be used to meet the needs of mobile office.Aiming at the above problems,a new electricity calculation tool is developed based on Wechat platform,which can effectively improve work efficiency and accuracy,reduce the workload of electricity explanation and improve user experience and service satisfaction.Practice has proved that it has important practical value.
