摘要
随着飞机平台机动性的快速发展,对机载外挂吊舱内的高性能、高精度电子设备在振动、冲击条件下的可靠性提出更严苛的要求。机载外挂物的内装设备在体积小、集成度高的要求下,需满足严苛的振动、冲击条件,其振动夹具是环境试验中的关键结构件,要满足安装要求、性能测试要求以及动态特性要求。设计了一种机载外挂物内装设备及其振动夹具,对内装设备及振动夹具进行动态特性仿真分析,并进行随机振动试验对比分析,满足机载外挂吊舱的内装设备振动需求。
With the rapid development of aircraft flexibility,the reliability of high-performance and high-precision electronic equipment in airborne external POD under the condition of vibration and impact is put forward with more stringent requirement.Under the requirement for small volume and high integration,the internal equipment should meet severe vibration and impact conditions.Vibration fixture,as the key structure in the environmental test,must meet the requirement for installation,performance test and dynamic characteristics.In this paper,we developed a novel kind of internal equipment and its vibration fixture for airborne external stores.Dynamic characteristics of the internal equipment and vibration fixture were simulated and analyzed,and random vibration test was compared and analyzed.The results showed that design goal was achieved and the scientific research requirement was met.
