抗侵蚀抑制剂对混凝土吸水性能及抗盐结晶性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本工作系统评价了四种混凝土抗侵蚀抑制剂(Cementaid-KT、ZBH、P400、SBT-TIA)对混凝土吸水性能与失水性能的影响,并筛选出性能最优的抗侵蚀抑制剂进一步研究其对混凝土新拌性能、力学性能、氯离子快速迁移系数与抗硫酸盐半浸泡性能的影响。研究表明:掺入四种混凝土抗侵蚀抑制剂均能显著降低混凝土的吸水性能与失水性能,其中SBT-TIA的效果最优。掺入SBT-TIA混凝土的抗盐结晶破坏能力显著增强,其28 d盐结晶高度为3.5 cm,远小于基准组的11 cm。这是由于掺入SBT-TIA后,试块的吸水速率、失水速率均变慢,盐水很难快速被传输至高位(在灯芯效应下)、且表面挥发放缓,因此表现为盐结晶高度与析出量增长缓慢。掺入SBT-TIA混凝土的各龄期抗压强度出现小幅度降低,3 d、7 d、28 d的降低幅度分别为7.5%、5.9%、9.5%;氯离子快速迁移系数降低,降幅为13.3%~25.7%。水下区逐层磨粉试验证实,SBT-TIA的掺入可有效抑制水分及离子在混凝土内部的传输:相比于基准试块,掺入SBT-TIA混凝土试块的同深度内硫酸根离子含量明显下降,且硫酸根含量降低幅度随侵蚀深度的增加而增大,最大降幅为29.2%。 Influence of four concrete liquid erosion inhibitors(cementaid-KT,ZBH,P400,SBT-TIA)on the water absorption and loss ability of concrete were systematically studied.The liquid erosion inhibitors with the best performance were screened out to further study its effect on the fresh performance,mechanical properties,chloride ion rapid migration coefficient and sulfate resistance semi-soaking performance of concrete.The result showed that:the addition of four liquid erosion inhibitors all could significantly reduce the water absorption rate and water loss rate,while SBT-TIA showed the best water absorption and loss ability.The salt-crystal resistance resistance ability of concrete mixed with SBT-TIA erosion inhibitor was greatly improved,the salt crystallization height was 3.5 cm,far less than 11 cm of the reference concrete.This is due to the addition of SBT-TIA slow down the water absorption rate and water loss rate of the test block,and it is difficult for saline solution to be transferred to the high position under the wick effect,thus leading to the height of salt crystal and the amount of salt crystal precipitation both increase slowly.The compressive strength of concrete mixed with SBT-TIA erosion inhibitor at all ages were slightly decreased(7.5%,5.9%and 9.5%respectively at 3 d,7 d and 28 d),but the rapid chloride migration coefficient decreased abnormally(13.3%—25.7%).The layer grinding test of concrete underwater zone proved that the addition of SBT-TIA erosion inhibitor could effectively inhibit the transmission of water and ion in concrete.Compared with the benchmark block,the sulfate ion content in the test block at the same depth decreased significantly after adding SBT-TIA erosion inhibitor,the maximum decrease was 29.2%.
