海上井下油水分离旋流器结构设计及优化研究 被引量:12

摘要 海上油田含水率持续增高,增加了采油平台的处理负担和井下的举升压力,因此有必要对海上特高含水油井开展井下油水分离研究。根据海上油田采出液物性参数,初步设计了6种适用的油水分离旋流器。考虑海洋平台井下油水分离工艺的限制、加工成本及精度与分离效果等因素,确定了BLXDL-D为最佳分离装置。针对变螺距螺旋导流式单锥旋流器BLXDL-D结构类型,采用数值模拟的方法对其主要结构参数进行了优化研究,对模拟的可靠性进行了室内试验验证。研究结果表明:BLXDL-D油水分离旋流器最佳的旋流腔长度为65 mm,溢流管直径为12 mm,底流管直径为25 mm,此时旋流器分离效率可达到97.23%,且压力损失相对较小;不同分流比下分离效率的试验值和模拟值最大误差为4.79%,验证了数值模拟的准确性。研究结果可以为海上高含水平台的井下油水分离旋流器的设计和应用提供参考。 The continue increase of water content of offshore oilfields increases the burden of the oil production platform processing and the downhole lifting.It is necessary to carry out downhole oil-water separation researches for offshore high-water-cut oil wells.Taking the structural types of BLXDL-D variable pitch spiral diversion hydrocyclone for study objects,the main structural parameters of the BLXDL-D variable pitch spiral diversion hydrocyclone are optimized by numerical simulation,and the reliability of the simulation is verified by laboratory tests.The research results show that:BLXDL-D is the best separation device.The main structural dimensions that affect the separation performance of BLXDL-D are optimized.The optimal hydrocyclone has a swirl chamber length of 65 mm,the overflow pipe diameter of 12 mm,and the underflow pipe diameter of 25 mm,presenting the separation efficiency of 97.23%with relatively lower pressure loss.The maximum error between the experimental value and the simulated value of the separation efficiency at different split ratios is 4.79%,verifying the accuracy of numerical simulation.The study can provide references for the design and application of the downhole oil-water separation hydrocyclone for the offshore high water cut wells.
