摘要
针对数控钻床市场要求成本低和精度高的需求,设计了基于PLC的钻床电气控制系统。完成了数控钻床硬件电路及其外围器件的设计,主要有PLC、触摸屏、XYZ轴的伺服运动、主轴及变频驱动等。设计了PLC控制程序,实现了人机交互通讯,定位,移动,钻削等控制以及各种保护措施。对实现低成本高精度的数控钻床提供了参考方案。
Aiming at the demand of low cost and high precision of CNC drilling machine market,the electrical control system of drilling machine based on PLC is designed.The hardware circuit and peripheral devices of the CNC drilling machine are designed,mainly including PLC,touch screen,XYZ axis servo motion,spindle and frequency conversion drive.PLC control program is designed to realize human-computer interactive communication,positioning,moving,drilling and other control as well as various protection measures.It provides a reference scheme for the realization of low cost and high precision CNC drilling machine.
