摘要
通过分离器提效,增加炉内循环量,降低床温,提升脱硫脱硝效率,但分离器提效后出现"塌灰",回料阀振动,床压"翻床",降低床压运行后,解决了以上问题,同时达到了"低床压"运行的效果,节省了厂用电.
By increasing the efficiency of the separator,increasing the circulation amount in the furnace,reducing the bed temperature,and increasing the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification,but after increasing the efficiency of the separator,“sloughing Ash”appears,the return valve vibrates,and the bed pressure“turns over the bed”.After lowering the bed pressure,the above problems are solved,at the same time,it achieves the effect of“low bed pressure”operation and saves the auxiliary power.
