摘要
目的分析FT3、FT4、TSH与T3、T4联检对评价甲状腺功能的价值。方法选取2018年4月~2019年4月在我院诊治的40例甲状腺功能亢进者为甲亢组,40例甲状腺功能减退者为甲减组,并选取同期健康体检者42例为对照组。采用放射免疫分析法检测FT3、FT4、TSH、T3、T4水平并比较。结果甲亢组FT3、FT4、T3、T4水平均高于对照组、甲减组,TSH水平低于对照组、甲减组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲减组FT3、FT4、T3、T4水平均低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FT3+FT4+TSH+T3+T4检测敏感性、特异性均高于FT3+FT4+TSH检测、T3+T4检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FT3、FT4、TSH与T3、T4联检特异性和敏感性较高,可作为临床评价甲状腺功能的准确方法之一,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the value of FT3,FT4,TSH and T3,T4 joint examination in evaluating thyroid function.Methods 40 cases of hyperthyroidism diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the hyperthyroidism group,and 40 cases of hypothyroidism were selected as the hypothyroidism group,and 42 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,T3 and T4 were detected and compared by radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of FT3,FT4,T3,and T4 in the hyperthyroidism group were higher than those in the control group and hypothyroidism group,and the TSH levels were lower than those in the control group and hypothyroidism group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Hypothyroidism group FT3,FT4,T3,T4 levels were lower than the control group,TSH levels were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FT3+FT4+TSH+T3+T4 detection sensitivity and specificity Both were higher than FT3+FT4+TSH detection,T3+T4 detection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FT3,FT4,TSH and T3,T4 joint detection has high specificity and sensitivity,which can be used as one of the accurate methods for clinical evaluation of thyroid function,and is worthy of clinical application.
