听觉统合训练联合家庭康复训练对孤独症患儿康复效果的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究以家庭康复为背景的听觉统合训练(AIT)治疗对孤独症患儿发展能力及行为状态的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月入住我院的孤独症患儿120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患儿给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行家庭康复联合AIT治疗。比较治疗前和治疗4个月后,两组患儿发展能力、行为状态[心理教育评定量表中文修订版(C-PEP)]及孤独症症状[孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)]评分变化。结果治疗4个月后,两组患儿C-PEP功能发展量表各项评分及总分较治疗前均显著升高,且观察组明显高于同一时间对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATEC、C-PEP病理行为量表各项评分及总分较治疗前均显著降低,且观察组明显低于同一时间对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以家庭康复为背景的AIT治疗能有效提升孤独症患儿发展能力及行为状态,显著改善孤独症症状,对其预后有利。 Objective To explore the effects of auditory integration training(AIT therapy)on developmental ability and behavioral status of child patients with autism in the context of family rehabilitation.Methods A total of 120 children with autism who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and those in observation group were given family rehabilitation combined with AIT treatment on the basis of the treatment for control group.Before treatment and after 4 months of treatment,the developmental ability,behavioral status[Chinese Version of Psycho-Educational Profile(C-PEP)]and autism symptoms[Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)]were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 months of treatment,the scores of each item and the total score of C-PEP function development scale of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group during the same time period(P<0.05).The scores of each item and the total score of ATEC and C-PEP pathological behavior scale were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group during the same time period(P<0.05).Conclusion AIT treatment in the context of family rehabilitation can effectively improve the developmental ability and behavioral status of child patients with autism,significantly improve the autism symptoms,and benefit the prognosis.
