摘要
探讨了中间相沥青基石墨纤维(MPGF)结构对热导率的影响规律。研究结果表明,所得MPGF的截面结构全为大角度开裂放射状,开裂角度为148.2°~159.7°;开裂放射状MPGF具有优异的导热性能,MPGF的单丝热导率为382~683 W·m^-1·K^-1,基本随纤维当量直径的增大而增大;XRD研究表明,纤维石墨微晶尺寸的增大有利于MPGF热导率的提高。
The relationship between the structure and thermal conductivity of mesophase pitch-based graphite fiber(MPGF)is studied in this paper.The results show that the obtained MPGF exhibits radial-like cross sectional structure with large angle cracking.The crack angle is 148.2°~159.7°.The thermal conductivity of MPGF is 382~683 W·m^-1·K^-1,and basically increases with the increase of fiber diameter.The results from XRD indicated that the increase of the crystallite size Lcof MPGF can be helpful to improve the thermal conductivity of MPGF.
