基于嵌入式系统的汽车轮胎气压强度信号监控研究

摘要 传统的汽车轮胎气压强度信号监控方法受到汽车行驶距离的影响,监控子节点功耗较大,使得节点工作寿命过短。为此,提出基于嵌入式系统的汽车轮胎气压强度信号监控研究。在嵌入式技术的支持下,选择气压传感器作为安装在轮胎内部的监控子节点,获取气压强度信号,引用射频接收器实现信号的无线传输,设计A/D采样信号转换功能,将传输的模拟信号转换为数字信号,通过监控显示模块将传输的结果展示在用户面前,实现汽车轮胎气压强度信号监控。测试结果表明:在测试条件相同的情况下,基于嵌入式系统的汽车轮胎气压强度信号监控方法中监控子节点的工作寿命大约为8.23年,高于传统的监控方法中的子节点寿命,说明该方法适合应用在实际项目中。 The traditional method for monitoring the tire air pressure signal is affected by the distance traveled by the car.The power consumption of the monitoring sub-nodes is large,which makes the working life of the nodes too short.To this end,a research on the monitoring of automotive tire air pressure signals based on embedded systems is proposed.With the support of embedded technology,the air pressure sensor is selected as the monitoring sub-node installed inside the tire to obtain the air pressure intensity signal,and the radio frequency receiver is used to realize the wireless transmission of the signal.The A/D sampling signal conversion function is designed to transmit the analog signal.The signal is converted into a digital signal,and the transmission result is displayed in front of the user through a monitoring display module,thereby realizing the monitoring of the tire pressure signal of the automobile.The test results show that:under the same test conditions,the working life of the monitoring subnode in the method of monitoring the tire pressure signal of an automobile based on an embedded system is about 8.23 years,which is higher than the life of the subnode in the traditional monitoring method.The method is suitable for application in practical projects.
