摘要
针对某森林灭火弹中心爆管爆炸抛撒灭火剂均匀性问题,运用ANSYS AUTODYN软件以及光滑粒子动力学方法对该灭火弹外表面预制破片沟槽壳体的爆炸破碎效果进行仿真研究,得到了灭火弹弹体外表面有无预制破片沟槽时的破碎规律。预制V形沟槽能够使弹体沿刻槽裂开,破片呈条状;无沟槽时,弹体破碎形成的破片分布具有随机性。而且预制沟槽深度对偏心起爆条件下的破碎均匀性有显著影响。
Aiming at uniform spraying of fire extinguishing agent in a fire extinguishing projectile,using ANSYS\\AUTODYN software,the effect of fragmentation with prefabricated fragment grooves on the outer surface is simulated by using Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics method.And the fragmentation law of the external surface of the fire extinguishing projectile is obtained,when there are of or aren’t prefabricated grooves.When the projectile is prefabricated with V-shaped grooves,the spraying tube will be stripped along the grooves and fragments are striped..When the projectile is not grooved,the distribution fragment is random.And the depth of precast grooves has a significant effect on the crushing uniformity under eccentric detonation.
