摘要
导轨是发射装置的关键部位,关系到导弹的挂装、运载和分离安全。缩小导轨挂装导弹后的弹架间隙,可以提高导弹的悬挂精度,但可能影响到导弹的顺利挂装。为了保证导弹的顺利挂装,需要对导轨的挂装进行校核。文中通过对发射装置导轨的参数化建模,分析了导轨顺利挂装的影响因素,给出了校核方法。此方法经工程应用检验,能可靠校核发射装置导轨的挂装,为导轨设计提供了依据。
The rail is a key part of the launcher and is related to the safe of the mounting,carrying and separating of the missile.To improve the degree of suspension accuracy of missile,it is required to strict control the size of the gap between the missile and the rails,which will affect the smooth mounting of the missile.It is necessary to analyze the mounting problem of the rails.This paper established a parametric model of the rails,lists the influencing factors affecting the mounting of the rails,and gives the check method for the mounting of the rails.This method has been tested by engineering application,provides a basis for the the rails design.
