摘要
马钢4号高炉自2016年开炉以来,随着产量逐步提高,炉墙热负荷不稳定,渣皮脱落频繁,制约着指标的进一步改善.通过采取稳定原燃料结构、优化上下部调剂以及优化炉前出铁制度等措施,使渣皮脱落现象显著减少,炉况长期稳定顺行程度提高,主要生产指标得到改善.2019年9月后高炉利用系数逐步上升至2.45以上,燃料比降低至495 kg/t以内.
Since blow-on,Masteel's No.4 BF has suffered unstable heat load on furnace wall and frequent peel-off of the slag skull along with increasing of production output.These problems constrain further improvement of the furnace indexes.By stabilizing the raw material and fuel structure,optimizing the coordination of charging and blasting,and tapping system,slag peel-off becomes much less,the furnace achieves stable and smooth operation for a long time and the main production indexes get improved:the furnace productivity goes up to above 2.45,and the fuel ratio goes down to less than 495 kg/t in Sept.2019.
