摘要
目的分析经口饮食宣教手册在胰十二指肠切除术后患者饮食管理的应用效果。方法将2019年2月至12月在本科室住院行胰十二指肠切除术45例患者设为试验组,住院期间和出院后1个月采用经口饮食宣教手册对患者进行干预;将2018年3月至2019年1月在本科室住院行胰十二指肠切除术42例患者设为对照组,住院期间实施常规饮食宣教和出院后1个月采用常规的电话随访。比较两组患者出院当日及出院后1个月营养风险、饮食依从性的差异。结果试验组患者出院当日及出院后1个月饮食依从性达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组患者出院当日及出院后1个月营养风险低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论采用口饮食宣教手册对胰十二指肠切除术后患者实施饮食管理,可提高患者饮食依从性及有助于预防患者营养不良的形成。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral dieting health education on the nutritional status of patients having undergone pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods A total of 45 patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy in the general surgery department from February to December 2019 were selected as the trial group.During the period of hospitalization and 1 month after discharge,the oral dieting education manual was used to intervene in their dieting.From March 2018 to January 2019,42 patients admitted to the department for pancreaticoduodenectomy were as the control group,where routine diet education and routine telephone follow-up were conducted 1 month after discharge.The two groups were compared at discharge and 1 month after discharge in terms of nutritional risk and dietary compliance.Results The nutritional risk of patients in the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group at discharge and 1 month after discharge(P<0.01).The rate of dietary compliance to the standard at discharge and 1 month after discharge in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Oral dieting education manual can improve the dietary compliance of patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy,and it is conducive to improving the nutritional status of patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
