摘要
目的:观察益气养阴方对急性白血病细胞HL-60增殖和细胞形态的影响。方法:制备益气养阴方含药血清,并设立对照组、低、中、高剂量含药血清,对急性白血病细胞HL-60进行培养。利用MTT比色检验法、Wright-Gimsa染色检测法分别检测细胞增殖和细胞形态变化。结果:与对照组比较,益气养阴方对HL-60细胞有一定抑制作用(P<0.01);低剂量组HL-60细胞形态变化不明显,中剂量组少数细胞出现变化,高剂量组变化最明显。结论:益气养阴方能够抑制急性白血病细胞HL-60增殖和诱导白血病细胞分化。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Formula on proliferation and morphology of acute leukemia cells HL-60.Methods:Serum containing drug of Yiqi Yangyin Formula was prepared.HL-60 cells were cultured with low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose of drug serum.The proliferation and morphology of acute leukemia cells HL-60 were investigated by using the MTT colorimetric test and Wright-Gimsa staining method respectively.Results:Serum containing drug of Yiqi Yangyin Formula had a certain growing inhibition effect on HL-60 cells(P<0.01).Morphology of HL-60 cells showed no significantly changes in the low-dose group;the middle-dose group showed a few changes;the changes in the high-dose group were most significant.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Formula can inhibit the proliferation of acute leukemia cells HL-60 and induce differentiation of leukemia cells.
