摘要
目的分析活血通便胶囊在治疗功能性便秘方面的具体效果。方法将2017年12月-2018年12月期间该院所收治的88例功能性便秘患者作为此次研究的主要对象,并按照数字随机表法将其划分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀片进行治疗,观察组则采用该院自制的活血通便胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者的整体临床疗效和不良反应情况,分析活血通便胶囊起到的作用。结果临床疗效方面,对照组的治疗有效率为84.1%,而观察组的治疗有效率则达到了97.7%,证明患者通过中医药治疗能够取得更稳定的效果。数据结果差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.245,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率4.5%要显著低于对照组13.6%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.237,P<0.05)。结论活血通便胶囊可以显著地改善患者功能性便秘的临床症状,同时减少患者可能出现的并发症,改善其恢复和预后。
Objective To analyze the specific effects of Huoxue Tongbian Capsules in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods The 88 patients with functional constipation treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were taken as the main objects of this study,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random table method,each group 44 example.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate,and the observation group was treated with Huoxuetongpi capsules made by our hospital.The overall clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the effect of Huoxuetongpi capsules was analyzed.Results In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 84.1%,while the effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 97.7%,which proves that patients can achieve more stable results through Chinese medicine treatment.The results of the data were statistically significant different(χ^2=5.245,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.5%significantly lower than the control group of 13.6%,and the data were statistical significance different(χ^2=5.237,P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Tongbian Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of functional constipation in patients,at the same time reduce possible complications,and improve its recovery and prognosis.
