PWM结合移相控制下的混合三电平隔离型双向DC-DC变换器反馈线性化控制研究 被引量:11

Research on Hybrid Three-level Isolated Bidirectional DC-DC Converter Feedback Linearization Control Under PWM-phase-shifting Control

摘要 双向隔离型DC-DC变换器是电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer,PET)的一个重要环节。文章针对混合三电平双向DC-DC的结构特点提出一种新的基于脉冲宽度调制(pulsewidthmodulation,PWM)加移相的控制方法(PWMphaseshift,PPS),该方法能够减少控制变量,简化系统控制。在此基础上,通过分析PPS控制方法下系统工作模态的等效电路模型,建立系统的非线性大信号模型。通过对非线性系统反馈线性化,推导出系统状态反馈表达式,将系统的耦合控制变量进行解耦,得到系统的控制规则。最后搭建了实验平台,通过实验结果证明了该控制方法的正确性和有效性。 Bidirectional DC-DC is an important part of power electronic transformer(PET).In this paper,a new PWM Phase Shift(PPS)control method was proposed to reduce the control variables and simplify the system control according to the structure characteristics of hybrid three-level bidirectional DC-DC.Based on this method,the non-linear large statespace-averaged signal model of the system is established by analyzing the equivalent circuit model of the working mode of the system under the PPS control method.Then the feedback linearization of the nonlinear system is carried out according to the differential geometry theorem,and the state feedback expression of the system is derived.The coupling control variables of the system are decoupled and the control rules of the system are obtained.Finally,an experimental platform is built,and the experimental results show that the control method is correct and effective.
