摘要
在充分考虑功能及性能的基础上,设计了激光雕刻机控制系统,包括PC机及激光雕刻机控制器。PC机实现给定文字或图片信息的解析;激光雕刻机控制器以STM32为核心处理器,设计了位置电机驱动电路、激光器驱动电路、通信接口电路、人机接口电路等功能电路,实现激光雕刻的功能。激光雕刻机控制器通过串口或WIFI接收PC机解析的数据后,根据雕刻路径算法和图像雕刻算法,控制位置电机及激光部件实现激光雕刻。本设计具有弱光定位,在非金属物体表面雕刻文字、位图及灰度图等功能。系统测试表明,本设计具有雕刻清晰、效果逼真、速度快等优点。
On the basis of fully considering the function and performance,the control system of laser engraving machine is designed,including PC and laser engraving machine controller.The parsing of given text or picture information is realized by PC.The laser engraving machine controller is based on STM32 single chip micro-computer,the functional circuits of the position motor driving circuit,laser driving circuit,communication interface circuit,man-machine interface circuit are proposed.The function of laser engraving is realized.After receiving the data parsed by PC through serial port or WIFI,according to the algorithm of engraving path and image engraving,the controlling position motor and laser parts realizes laser engraving.This design has the functions of weak light location,engraving text,bitmap and gray image on the surface of non-metallic objects.The system test shows that the design has the advantages of clear sculpture,realistic effect and fast speed.
