摘要
危险废物鉴别是危险废物管理的一项基础工作,对判定废物属性,准确掌握危险废物产生底数、环境损害司法鉴定、涉危险废物环境风险防控、提升危险废物监管能力等具有重大意义。近年来,国家出台了一系列标准规范,在技术层面对危险废物鉴别进行了规范,但在管理层面还缺少危险废物鉴别程序上的规范,相关鉴别机制尚不健全,通过分析相关问题,提出了对危险废物鉴别工作的建议。
