摘要
目的分析在儿童重症监护室实施以家庭为中心的过渡期管理方案的效果。方法于2018年5月-2019年7月,采用时间先后顺序分组的方式将该院收治的57例儿童重症监护室患儿分成两组,针对常规组28例儿童重症监护室患儿实施常规的管理,针对观察组29例儿童重症监护室患儿实施以家庭为中心的过渡期管理方案。结果两组儿童重症监护室患儿管理后的PICU住院时间、患儿家属疾病不确定感评分、管理质量评分、管理安全事件发生率、重返重症监护室发生率及家属管理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对儿童重症监护室的患儿开展以家庭为中心的过渡期管理方案的管理效果较为显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing a family-centered transition management program in a child intensive care unit.Methods A total of 57 children in intensive care unit in the hospital were divided into two groups by chronological grouping method from May 2018 to July 2019.28 children in intensive care unit in routine group were routinely managed,and 29 children in intensive care unit in observation group were routinely managed.The children in the department implemented a family-centered transition management plan.Results There were differences in the length of PICU stay in the children in the intensive care unit,the uncertainty score of the family members of the children,the quality of management scores,the incidence of management safety events,the incidence of returning to the intensive care unit and the satisfaction of family members in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the family-centered transition management program for children in the child intensive care unit is significant.
