摘要
目的对肝肿瘤患者采用微波消融术结合个性化围术期护理,并分析其临床效果。方法方便选取该院2017年5月-2019年5月接收肝肿瘤患者70例,随机分为对照组(35例),观察组(35例),均给予微波消融术治疗,观察组患者加用个性化围术期护理,比较两组患者术前SAS、SDS评分、术后不良反应发生率及患者对护理工作的满意率。结果观察组患者术前SAS、SDS评分分别为(52.34±5.92)分、(53.71±4.38)分,明显低于对照组患者的(71.73±8.03)分、(70.82±7.65)分(t=11.499,P=0.001;t=11.483,P=0.001),观察组患者术后并发症发生率为(5.72%),明显低于对照组患者的(20.00%)(χ^2=9.099,P=0.003),观察组患者护理总满意率为(94.28%),明显高于对照组患者的(71.42%)(χ^2=18.389,P=0.001),两组患者各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于采用微波消融术的肝肿瘤患者来说,给予个性化围术期护理,可有效保障总体治疗效果广。
Objective To use microwave ablation combined with personalized perioperative nursing for patients with liver tumors and analyze its clinical effect.Methods Convenient selection of 70 patients with liver tumors were received in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases).All patients were treated with microwave ablation.The observation group was treated with personality.Perioperative nursing was performed,and the SAS and SDS scores,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and the patient's satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group before surgery were(52.34±5.92)points and(53.71±4.38)points,which were significantly lower than the control group patients'(71.73±8.03)points and(70.82±7.65)points(t=11.499,P=0.001;t=11.483,P=0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was(5.72%),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(χ^2=9.099,P=0.003),the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was(94.28%),which was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group(71.42%)(χ^2=18.389,P=0.001),and the indicators of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with liver tumors using microwave ablation,personalized perioperative care can effectively guarantee the overall treatment effect.
