新型组合桥面磨耗层修复界面试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究新型组合桥面沥青磨耗层重铺后修复界面性能,采用斜剪试验和附着力拉拔试验,对修复前后UHPC-沥青磨耗层界面状况进行分析,通过对比力学性能指标,探讨修复前后界面性能的差异;测试不同粘接剂用量对修复界面力学性能的影响,获得修复界面最佳粘接剂用量。试验结果表明:高温环境对UHPC-沥青磨耗层界面性能有显著影响;采用0.7 kg/m^2用量时,修复界面试件较新界面试件的剪切强度、附着力拉拔强度在常温下分别下降1.3%和2.5%,高温下分别下降10.2%和7.6%,表明常温层间力学性能修复前后基本一致,而高温层间性能有一定幅度的下降,在实际修复工程中推荐采用0.7kg/m 2粘接剂用量。 In order to study the performances of repaired interface of asphalt wear layer on new composite bridge deck after repairing,oblique shear test and adhesion pull-out test were used to analyze the two different interface conditions before and after repairing,and the differences of interface performances were discussed by comparing the mechanical properties.For the purpose of obtaining the best adhesive for repairing interface,the effects of different amount of adhesive on the performances of repaired interface specimens were analyzed.The researches show that the interface performances vary remarkbly with the high temperature environment,the amount of 0.7 kg/m^2 is recommended.Comparing with the new interface specimens,shear strength and adhesion pull-out strength of repaired interface specimens decrease by 1.3% and 2.5% respectively at room temperature,but 10.2% and 7.6% at high temperature,indicating that the mechanical properties are basically the same at room temperature,while high temperature causes a certain degree of decline。
