水性环氧树脂改性剂对乳化沥青性能及结构的影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文通过水性环氧乳化沥青蒸发残留物的技术指标试验及动态剪切流变试验,分析了水性环氧树脂的掺量对于乳化沥青性能的影响。通过荧光显微镜对水性环氧乳化沥青进行成像,分析了水性环氧树脂对于乳化沥青结构上的影响,并确定了水性环氧树脂的最佳掺量。利用数字图像处理技术对显微镜图像进行处理,分析了水性环氧树脂在乳化沥青中的分布情况。结果表明,随着水性环氧树脂掺量的提高,乳化沥青蒸发残留物含量和软化点提高,延度和针入度下降,高温性能提高;水性环氧树脂推荐掺量为20%~25%,水性环氧树脂掺量和其在乳化沥青中的固化面积占比呈线性规律。 In this paper,through the technical index test and dynamic shear rheological test of the evaporation residue of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt,the influence of the content of water-based epoxy resin on the performance of emulsified asphalt was analyzed.Through imaging the image of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt by the fluorescence microscope,the influence of water-based epoxy resin on the structure of the emulsified asphalt was analyzed,and the optimal content of water-based epoxy resin was determined.Through using the digital image processing technology to process the microscope image,the distribution of waterborne epoxy resin in emulsified asphalt was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of epoxy resin content,the content of evaporation residue and softening point of emulsified asphalt increase,the ductility and penetration decrease,and the high temperature performance improves.The recommended content of waterborne epoxy resin is 20%-25%,and the content of water-based epoxy and its proportion of solidified area in the emulsified asphalt are linear.
