摘要
中国和俄罗斯在国家标准制修订及对接国际标准工作上都投入了较大的精力,但是由于中俄两国采用标准的不同、体系不兼容,直接导致中俄在油气项目领域的合作中面临诸多标准采用的问题。从石油天然气领域对比中俄两国标准化工作的历程,介绍两国之间在这个领域上的合作。开展油气领域标准化合作,不仅能够保障中俄油气领域合作的安全高效运行,同时也会降低两国投资资本,这对于促进中俄全面战略化合作具有重要意义。
China and Russia have invested a lot of energy in the preparation and revision of national standards and the docking of inter⁃national standards.However,due to the different standards adopted by China and Russia and the incompatibility of two standard sys⁃tems,China and Russia directly face many difficulties in the project cooperation in the field of oil and gas.This paper compares the course of standardization work in the field of oil and gas between China and Russia,and introduces the cooperation between the two countries in this field.Carrying out the cooperation standardization work between China and Russia in oil and gas field can not only en⁃sure the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas field cooperation,but also reduce the investment capital of the two countries,which is of great significance for promoting comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two countries.
