一种基于三阶角度观测器的旋转变压器解码算法 被引量:4

摘要 电驱动系统中的旋转变压器(简称“旋变”)解码芯片价格昂贵且相关电路复杂。为降低系统成本,根据电驱动系统经常加、减速的特点,提出了一种基于三阶角度观测器的旋变软件解码算法,与旋变解码芯片解码相比,该算法具有加速度响应稳态误差为零的优点。文章介绍了三阶角度跟踪观测器解码算法的原理并分析了观测器参数对跟踪角度超调量和调节时间的影响,最后对旋变软件解码与专用芯片解码进行了对比实验。实验结果表明,基于三阶角度观测器的旋变软件解码精度高,完全满足工程实际要求。 In electric drive system,resolver decoder chip is expensive and its related circuits are complicated.In order to reduce system cost,a software decoding algorithm based on third-order angle observer was proposed according to the characteristics of electric drive system which often accelerates and decelerates.Compared with the characteristic of resolver decoder chip,the algorithm has the advantage of zero steady-state error of acceleration response.This paper introduced the principle of the decoding algorithm of third-order angle tracking observer and analyzed the influence of the observer parameters on tracking angle overshoot and adjustment time.Finally,a comparative experiment was carried out between the resolver software decoder and the special chip decoder.Experimental results show that the software decoder based on third-order angle observer has high decoding accuracy,which fully meets practical engineering requirements.
