摘要
惯性导航系统是飞机、导弹等复杂装备的重要部件。准确评估其可靠性是装备使用、保障和遂行作战任务的基础。在分析基于通用生成函数方法构建多状态可靠性模型研究的基础上,设计了一种基于通用生成函数方法的性能相依多状态系统可靠性建模的仿真算法,以某型飞机的惯性导航计算部件为研究对象对模型的正确性进行了验证,并且和基于贝叶斯网络可靠性建模方法进行了比较,结果表明:①设计方法可行与贝叶斯方法可靠性结果一致且计算速度快,其中贝叶斯算法过程约需3.72e-02 s,而基于UGF的算法需要1.8810e-03 s左右;②所建模型可以获得多状态系统性能状态的分布特性。
The inertial navigation system is an important component of complex equipment such as aircraft and missiles.Accurate assessment of its reliability is the basis for equipment operation,support,and combat operations.The progress of multi-state reliability modeling based on universal generation function method is emphatically analyzed.Then a simulation algorithm for reliability modeling for multi-state systems with dependent components based on universal generalized function method is designed.The correctness of the model is validated by taking the inertial navigation computer component of an aircraft as the research object.The simulation results are compared with the reliability modeling method based on Bayesian network.The results show that:①The design method is feasible,the results are consistent with the reliability result of Bayesian method and the calculation speed is faster.The Bayesian algorithm process takes about 3.72e-02 s,while the UGF-based algorithm requires about 1.8810e-03 s;②The model can obtain the distribution characteristics of multi-state system reliability.
