摘要
为了满足节材、环保精密锻造要求,运用最新板锻前沿技术设计并制造带球形法兰芯轴型零件成形工艺,先由板材拉深成半成品毛坯,再由设计的专用模具镦挤成形。确定该类零件的使用范围及其制造中存在的问题。在有限元基础上,采用QForm V8软件完成镦-挤复合工序模拟并给出分析力的规范。给出几何因数及摩擦系数值的研究结果对成形过程中力的参数影响,球半径R和摩擦系数值对挤压力的影响呈明显的规律性,针对所述例子,球半径R=15 mm、摩擦系数μ=0.1时,成形力最小。
In order to meet the requirements of precision forging with material saving and environmental protection,the forming process of mandrel part with spherical flange was designed and manufactured by the latest plate forging technology. First,the plate was drew into semi-finished blank,and then it was formed by upsetting and extrusion with the designed special mold. Furthermore,the scope of use for such parts and problems in their manufacturing were determined. On the basis of finite element,the upsetting-extrusion composite process was simulated by software QForm V8 to give the specification of analytical force,and the influences of research results for geometric factors and friction coefficient values on the parameters of force in the process were given. It is found that the influences of ball radius R and friction coefficient on the upsetting-extrusion force has obvious regularity. For the example,when the ball radius R is 15 mm,the friction coefficient μ is 0. 1,the forming force is up to the minimum.
