中国省域空气质量测度及影响因素分析 被引量:8

Chinese provincial air quality measurement and its influencing factors

摘要 基于2017年中国各省空气质量相关数据,采用熵权Topsis方法对空气质量进行测度与评价,并运用空间自相关模型和空间误差模型分析了空气质量的影响因素。模型分析结果显示:我国区域空气质量差异显著,南部沿海地区空气质量普遍较好,北部内陆地区空气质量整体较差;空气质量存在显著的空间溢出效应,本地区空气质量会因周边地区空气污染而恶化;单位生产总值能耗、人均生产总值、地区总人口、第二产业占GDP比重等因素的提高使空气质量不断恶化,而气温升高和技术创新能力提高有利于空气质量改善;但环境污染治理与空气质量的关系并未得到有效的证据支持。 Based on the data of air quality in Chinese provinces in 2017,the method of entropy weight Topsis was used to evaluate air quality,and the spatial autocorrelation model and spatial error model are used to analyze the influencing factors of air quality.The results of the model show that there are significant differences in regional air quality in China.The air quality in the southern coastal areas is generally good,while the air quality in the northern inland areas is generally poor.There is a significant spatial spillover effect in air quality,and the air quality in the region will deteriorate due to the air pollution in the surrounding areas.Energy consumption per unit of GDP,per capita GDP,total population in the region,and the proportion of the secondary industry in GDP.However,the relationship between air quality and environmental pollution control has not been supported by effective evidence.
