摘要
信息管理与信息系统专业(简称为信管专业)传统的人才培养模式已不能适应互联网大数据时代的人才需求。在国家大力倡导产教融合、协同育人背景下,文章指出了信管专业传统人才培养模式存在的问题;然后从国家政策、高校人才培养困境和就业形势三方面,分析了信管专业应用型人才培养改革的必要性;最后在明确用人单位对信管专业毕业生的实际需求基础上,提出了产教融合背景下信管专业应用型人才培养模式框架、路径与方法,能够为其他高校信管专业人才培养改革提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The traditional talent training mode of information management specialty cannot meet the demand of talents in the era of internet and big data.Under the background where the state vigorously advocates the integration of industry and education and the coordinated education of talents,I first pointed out the problems existing in the traditional personnel training mode of information management specialty,and then analyzed the necessity of the application-oriented personnel training reform of information management specialty from three aspects including the national policy,the difficulties of personnel training in colleges and universities and the employment situation.Finally,on the basis of clarifying the actual needs of the employers for the graduates of information management specialty,I put forward the framework,path and method of application-oriented personnel training mode for information management specialty on the background of the integration of industry and education,in order to give some proposals for other universities.
