摘要
现代中国新教育与传统教育的根本区别是教育精神的不同。置身于现代中国新教育场域中的研究生培养,既是新教育精神的典型代表,同时又深具研究生培养所特有的精神品质。作为新教育精神的典型代表,其创立初衷是为了培养能适应社会发展的多领域复合型人才;作为居于国民教育链顶端的人才培养模式,其特有品质是培养学生科研能力和自主创新精神,并以之来指导社会事业,促其进步。在培养方法上,以社会需求和学生兴趣为导向,注重激发学生的学习热情和鼓励自主探究,重视培养学品和人品。
The fundamental difference between new education and traditional education in modern China is the difference in educational spirit. The cultivation of graduate students in the field of new education in modern China is the typical representative of the new educational spirit, and it also has the unique spiritual quality of the cultivation of graduate students. As a typical representative of the new educational spirit, its original intention is to cultivate multi-disciplinary talents who can adapt to the development of society;as a talent training mode at the top of the national education chain, its unique character is to cultivate students’ scientific research ability and independent innovation spirit, and to guide the social cause to promote its progress. In terms of the training methods, it focuses on stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm and encouraging their self-exploration, and cultivating their academic and personal qualities based on the social needs and interests of students.
