小学生感知的班级氛围对欺负行为的影响:心理弹性的中介作用 被引量:2

Influence of classroom atmosphere perceived by primary school students on bullying behavior:Mediating effect of resilience

摘要 目的:探究小学生感知的班级氛围和心理弹性对欺负行为的影响,并检验心理弹性在小学生感知的班级氛围和欺负行为的关系中的中介作用是否显著。方法:采用问卷调查法,收集有效问卷321份。结果:班级氛围与欺负行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.199,P<0.01),班级氛围与心理弹性呈显著正相关(r=0.466,P<0.01),心理弹性与欺负行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.261,P<0.01)。分层回归分析结果表明班级氛围(F=4.692,P<0.01)和心理弹性(F=7.877,P<0.001)均能显著负向预测小学生的欺负行为,心理弹性在班级氛围和欺负行为的关系中起完全中介的作用。结论:小学生感知的班级氛围既可以直接影响欺负行为,也可以通过心理弹性的中介作用对欺负行为产生间接影响。 Objective:To study the influence of the class atmosphere perceived by primary school students and resilience on bullying behavior,and test whether the mediating effect of resilience significant in the relationship between the class atmosphere perceived by primary school students and bullying behavior.Methods:A total of 321 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire survey.Results:There was a significantly negative correlation between class atmosphere and bullying behavior(r=-0.199,P<0.01),a significantly positive correlation between class atmosphere and resilience(r=0.466,P<0.01),and a significantly negative correlation between resilience and bullying behavior(r=-0.261,P<0.01).The result of stratified regression analysis showed that both class atmosphere(F=4.692,P<0.01)and resilience(F=7.877,P<0.001)could make significantly negative prediction on the bullying behavior of primary school students,and resilience played a complete mediating role in the relationship between class atmosphere and bullying behavior.Conclusion:The class atmosphere perceived by primary school students not only directly affects bullying behavior,but also indirectly affects their bullying behavior through the mediating effect of resilience.
