摘要
[目的]分析亚太经合组织7个经济体肺癌防控的形势,为各个经济体更好地开展肺癌防控工作提供依据。[方法]自行设计调查问卷对亚太经合组织7个经济体的参与者进行问卷调查,参与者自行填写问卷。[结果]发放调查问卷94份,回收有效问卷92份。89名(96.74%)调查对象认为肺癌是其经济体中严重的健康问题之一;对于各经济体肺癌的主要危险因素,90名(97.83%)调查对象回答吸烟是主要危险因素;85名(92.39%)调查对象表示癌症防控在其经济体中被高度重视;70名(76.09%)调查对象表示其经济体有癌症登记和监测平台;71名(77.17%)调查对象表示其经济体是世界卫生组织烟草控制框架公约的缔约方;40名(43.48%)调查对象称其经济体实施国家肺癌筛查项目;83名(90.22%)调查对象表示其经济体在肺癌诊疗中遵循指南。[结论]各经济体要做好肺癌防控,建立全面的肺癌防控体系和网络,加强烟草控制,广泛开展肺癌筛查,加强肺癌规范化诊疗,健全医保管理体系。
[Purpose]The situation of lung cancer prevention and control in seven APEC economies was analyzed to provide evidence for better prevention and control of lung cancer in various economies.[Methods]A self-designed questionnaire was used,and participants completed the survey by themselves.[Results]94 questionnaires were issued and 92 valid questionnaires were recovered.The results showed that 89(96.74%)people considered lung cancer as one of the serious public health problems in their economies.For the main risk factors for lung cancer in all economies,90(97.83%)respondents said smoking was the main risk factor.85(92.39%)respondents said cancer prevention and control highly valued as part of national government work.70(76.09%)respondents said their economies had cancer registration and monitoring platforms.71(77.17%)respondents indicated that their economies were parties of World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.40(43.48%)said their economies had national lung cancer screening programmes.83(90.22%)respondents said their economies followed guidelines for lung cancer diagnosis and treatment.[Conclusions]All economies should do their best on preventing and controlling lung cancer,and establish a comprehensive lung cancer prevention and control system and network,strengthen tobacco control,conduct extensive lung cancer screening,strengthen standardized diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,and improve the medical insurance management system.
