摘要
针对定形机废气中粉尘、VOCs、油烟处理效率低,及余热未充分利用等问题,设计一套“热回收-喷淋洗涤-静电除尘-活性炭吸附”四级的定形机废气处理新工艺。工艺后置活性炭吸附塔,不仅能去除VOCs,还能作为前三级工艺的保险装置,提高处理效率,确保废气达标排放。实际应用后,粉尘、油烟、VOCs可达标排放,处理效率达90%以上。每年回收热量折合标煤129.61 t,回收废油8.95 t,VOCs减排516.4 kg和粉尘21.63 t。
Aiming at the problems of dust,VOCs,low processing efficiency of fume and underutilization of residual heat from setting machines in textile printing and dyeing industry,a new setting machine treatment process with"heat recovery-spray washing-electrostatic dust removal-activated carbon ad⁃sorption"is designed.The activated carbon adsorption tower after the process can not only remove VOCs,but also serve as a safety device for the first three-stage process to improve the treatment effi⁃ciency,and ensure the exhaust gas meets the standard.After practical application,dust,fume and VOCs can reach the standard emission,and the treatment efficiency can reach more than 90%.Annual heat recovery is equivalent to 129.61 t of standard coal,8.95 t of waste oil,516.4 kg of VOCs and 21.63 t of dust.
