摘要
通过冲击式水轮发电机组转轮的制造历程的回顾,对整锻冲击式转轮的整体数控加工的难点、加工工艺流程、加工方法、数控编程方式方法等进行了分析,得出:通过合理的工艺流程和加工方法,实现整锻冲击式转轮的整体数控加工,提高了水斗型线的准确性、光顺性及其水力性能,延长了转轮的使用寿命。
Based on the review of the manufacturing process of the runner of the impulse turbine generator set,this paper analyzes the difficulties,process flow,processing method and NC programming method of the integral NC machining of the integral forging impulse runner,and concludes that the integral NC machining of the integral forging impulse runner is realized through the reasonable process flow and processing method,and the accuracy and light of the bucket profile are improved The runner’s service life is prolonged by its compliance and hydraulic performance.
